§1 [Organizator]

 

Organizatorem Konkursu (zwanego dalej „Konkurs”) jest Pracownia EB spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością z siedzibą w Piasecznie przy ulicy Słonecznej 105A/60, 05-500 Piaseczno wpisaną do rejestru przedsiębiorców KRS prowadzonego przez Sąd Rejonowy dla m.st. Warszawy w Warszawie, XIV Wydział Gospodarczy Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem: 897107, REGON: 388922397, NIP: 1231493598. Kapitał zakładowy: 5000 złotych. (zwana dalej: „Organizatorem”).

 

§2 [Uczestnicy Konkursu]

 

1. Uczestnikiem Konkursu (zwanym dalej „Uczestnikiem”) może być wyłącznie osoba fizyczna, mająca pełną zdolność do czynności prawnych, zamieszkała na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
2. Z udziału w Konkursie wykluczeni są pracownicy Organizatora oraz członkowie ich rodzin tj.: wstępni, zstępni, rodzeństwo, małżonkowie, rodzice małżonków i osoby pozostające w stosunku przysposobienia.

 

§3 [Zasady Konkursu]

 

1. Udział w Konkursie jest dobrowolny.
2. Warunkiem udziału w konkursie jest:
   1. spełnienie warunków Uczestnika, określonych §2 [Uczestnicy Konkursu].
   2. zapoznanie się z regulaminem Konkursu i akceptacja jego warunków,
   3. wyrażenie przez Uczestnika zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych w celu udziału w Konkursie,
   4. wykonanie zadania konkursowego, o którym mowa w §3 [Zasady Konkursu].
3. Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych w celu udziału w Konkursie może być wyrażona w szczególności poprzez czynny udział Uczestnika w Konkursie i wykonanie zadania konkursowego, potwierdzając tym samym akceptację jego warunków i chęć uczestnictwa.
4. Konkurs trwa od 6 października 2022 od 10:00 do 7 października 2022 do godziny 14:00
5. Zadania konkursowe wykonane po terminie trwania Konkursu nie będą brane pod uwagę.
6. Konkurs jest prowadzony na stanowisku Roberta Boscha na targach Infoshare organizowanych w Gdańsku w dniach 6-7 października 2022r.
7. Zadaniem konkursowym jest rozwiązanie jednokrotnego testu wiedzy technologicznej w jak najkrótszym czasie.
8. Uczestnik może jednokrotnie brać udział w Konkursie podczas jego trwania
9. Uczestnik biorąc udział w Konkursie potwierdza, że jest świadomy, iż o wygranej nagrodzie nie decyduje przypadek, lecz wiedza i zręczność Uczestnika, zatem
10. Zwycięzca Konkursu zostanie wyłoniony przez Organizatora wyłącznie spośród osób spełniających warunki określone w Regulaminie.
11. Przystąpienie do Konkursu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją przez Uczestnika warunków Konkursu określonych w Regulaminie.

 

§4 [Nagrody]

 

1. Organizator powoła dwuosobową komisję konkursową, która będzie sprawowała nadzór nad prawidłowością przeprowadzania Konkursu i wyłonienia zwycięzcyów.
2. Nagrodą w Konkursie jest rower marki CUBE o wartości 26000 złotych.
3. W związku z tym, że Nagroda podlega opodatkowaniu podatkiem dochodowym od osób fizycznych, zwycięzcy Konkursu zostanie przyznana dodatkowa nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 11,11% wartości nagrody tj. 2889 złotych, która zostanie przekazana przez Organizatora bezpośrednio do właściwego Urzędu Skarbowego na poczet należnego podatku dochodowego od osób fizycznych.
4. Wyniki konkursu (imię i nazwisko) zwycięzcy zostaną ogłoszone na Targach Infoshare w dniu 7.10,2022 około godziny 15.
5. Organizatora w terminie […] dni roboczych od daty zakończenia Konkursu.
6. Zwycięzca nie może przenieść praw do odebrania przyznanej nagrody na osoby trzecie.
7. Nagrody nie podlegają wymianie na gotówkę lub zamianie na inne produkty.
8. W celu wysyłki nagrody Uczestnik jest zobowiązany do podania swojego imienia i nazwiska, adresu do wysyłki, numeru telefonu lub adresu e-mail.
9. Nagrody mogą być odebrane przez zwycięzcę na miejscu lub wysyłane są na koszt Organizatora na terenie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej.
10. W konkursie mogą wziąć udział wyłącznie obywatele Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej lub obywatele Europejskiego Obszaru Gospodarczego

 

 

§5 [Reklamacje]

 

1. Uczestnicy Konkursu mają prawo do wniesienia reklamacji dotyczących Konkursu w terminie 14 dni od zakończenia Konkursu.
2. Reklamacje w formie pisemnej należy przesłać na adres siedziby Organizatora.
3. O zachowaniu terminu do wniesienia reklamacji decyduje data stempla pocztowego.
4. Reklamacja powinna zawierać dane Uczestnika: imię i nazwisko, adres korespondencyjny lub adres e-mail oraz powód reklamacji.
5. Organizator rozpatrzy reklamacje w terminie 14 dni od dnia ich otrzymania.
6. Uczestnik zostanie powiadomiony o rozpatrzeniu reklamacji przez Organizatora pocztą na adres podany w zgłoszeniu reklamacji.

 

§6 [Dane osobowe. RODO.]

 

1. Administratorem danych osobowych Uczestników jest Organizator.
2. Przetwarzanie danych osobowych Uczestnika odbywa się zgodnie z Rozporządzeniem Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady UE 2016/679 z 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (dalej: RODO).
3. Przetwarzanie danych Uczestnika odbywa się na podstawie jego dobrowolnej zgody wyrażonej w celu udziału w konkursie oraz w celach rekrutacyjnych
4. Organizator w celu udziału w Konkursie przetwarza takie dane Uczestnika, jak jego imię i nazwisko, adres, telefon, mail, język programowania którym uczestnik się posługuje
5. W celu dostarczenia i rozliczenia nagrody Organizator jest uprawniony do przetwarzania danych osób nagrodzonych w zakresie: imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail lub numer telefonu, a także adres dostawy podany w celu dostarczenia nagrody.
6. Uczestnik ma prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych, ich poprawiania, ograniczenia przetwarzania oraz wniesienia sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania danych osobowych w celach marketingowych lub wobec ich przekazywania innemu administratorowi danych.
7. Uczestnik ma prawo do przenoszenia danych, jeśli przetwarzanie odbywa się w sposób automatyczny, a także do bycia zapomnianym (usunięcia danych), o ile przepisy innych ustaw nie zobowiązują Organizatora do ich archiwizacji przez wskazany okres.
8. Dane osobowe pozyskiwane są bezpośrednio od osoby, której dotyczą.
9. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do celu udziału w Konkursie.
10. Podanie danych osobowych jest dobrowolne, lecz niezbędne do celów rekrutacyjnych Organizatora lub jego klientów.
11. Uczestnik w każdej chwili może zmienić swoją decyzję i cofnąć zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych. Taka decyzja oznaczać będzie chęć rezygnacji z udziału w Konkursie. Uczestnik może odwołać zgodę w dowolnym czasie poprzez poinformowanie Organizatora.
12. Uczestnik w każdej chwili może zmienić swoją decyzję i cofnąć zgodę na przetwarzanie swoich danych osobowych. Taka decyzja oznaczać będzie chęć rezygnacji z udziału w rekrutacjach prowadzonych przez Organizatora lub jego klientów. Uczestnik może odwołać zgodę w dowolnym czasie poprzez poinformowanie Organizatora.
13. Dane osobowe Uczestnika będą przetwarzane wyłącznie do czasu odwołania zgody na przetwarzanie danych.
14. Organizator może powierzyć przetwarzanie danych osobowych Uczestników innemu podmiotowi na podstawie umowy, zawartej na podstawie art. 28 RODO, w szczególności dane mogą być powierzane podmiotom świadczącym dla Organizatora usługi w zakresie obsługi i rozliczenia Konkursu, a także utrzymania serwisu informatycznego, w którym są przetwarzane.
15. Uczestnik ma prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego (UODO) gdy uzna, iż przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych narusza przepisy Ogólnego rozporządzania o ochronie danych osobowych (RODO), a także aktualnie obowiązujących ustaw o ochronie danych.
16. W celu realizacji prawa do kontroli danych, dostępu do treści danych, ich poprawiania, a także innych praw, należy skontaktować się z Organizatorem.

 

§7 [Postanowienia końcowe]

 

1. Regulamin dostępny jest na stoisku Bosch na targach Infoshare i pod linkiem wskazanym w quizie konkursowym.
2. Konkurs nie jest loterią w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 19 listopada 2009 r. o grach hazardowych.
3. W sprawach nieuregulowanych niniejszym Regulaminem stosuje się przepisy prawa polskiego.

Zgoda 1 – na przeprowadzenie konkursu

Poprzez wypełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego na konkurs Wygraj EBike wyrażasz zgodę na przetwarzanie przez Pracownia_EB Sp. z o.o. moich danych osobowych, zawartych w niniejszym formularzu zgłoszeniowym do konkursu Wygraj EBike, w celu przeprowadzania w/w konkursu. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Pracownia EB Sp. z o.o.. z siedzibą w Piasecznie przy ul. Słonecznej 105a/60.

Terms and conditions of the competition („Competition”) entitled:

„Win an E-bike”.

 

§1 [Organiser]

The organiser of the Competition (hereinafter referred to as the „Competition”) is Pracownia EB spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Piaseczno, ul. Słoneczna 105A/60, 05-500 Piaseczno, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Court Register under number: 897107, REGON: 388922397, NIP: 1231493598. Share capital: PLN 5000. (hereinafter referred to as the „Organiser”).

 

§2 [Contest Participants]

1. Only natural persons who have full legal capacity may participate in the Competition (hereinafter referred to as 'Participants’), residing in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
2. Employees of the Organiser and members of their families, i.e.: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses and persons in an adoptive relationship are excluded from participation in the Competition.

 

§3 [Rules of the Competition]

1. Participation in the Competition is voluntary.
2. Participation in the Competition is conditional on:

• fulfilment of the Participant’s conditions set out in §2 [Participants of the Competition].
• to be familiar with the Competition Rules and accept the terms and conditions thereof,
• the Participant agrees to the processing of his/her personal data in order to participate in the Competition,
• completion of the Competition task referred to in §3 [Rules of the Competition].

 

3. Consent to data processing for the purpose of participation in the Contest can be expressed in particular through the Participant’s active participation in the Contest and completion of the Contest task, thus confirming acceptance of its terms and conditions and willingness to participate.
4. The Competition runs from 6 October 2022 from 10:00 a.m. to 7 October 2022 until 2:00 p.m.
5. The Competition tasks completed after the Competition deadline will not be taken into account.
6. The Competition is held at the Robert Bosch stand at the Infoshare Conference organised in Gdańsk on 6-7 October 2022.
7. The task of the Competition is to solve a one-time technological knowledge test in the shortest possible time.
8. A participant may take part in the Contest once during its duration.
9. By taking part in the Competition, the Participant confirms that he/she is aware that the winning of the prize is not determined by chance, but by the Participant’s knowledge and dexterity.
10. The winner of the Contest will be selected by the Organizer only from among those who meet the conditions specified in the Regulations.
11. Entering the Competition is tantamount to the Participant’s acceptance of the terms of the Competition set out in the Regulations.

§4 [Prizes]

1. The Organiser will appoint a two-person Competition Committee which will supervise the proper conduct of the Competition and the selection of the winners.
2. The prize in the Competition is a CUBE EBicycle worth 26,000 PLN.
3. Due to the fact that the Prize is subject to personal income tax, the winner of the Competition will be awarded an additional cash prize of 11.11% of the prize’s value, 2889 PLN, which will be transferred by the Organiser directly to the relevant Tax Office on account of due personal income tax.
4. The results of the competition (name and surname) of the winner will be announced at the Infoshare Conference on 7.10.2022 at 3 p.m.
5. The Organiser within […] working days from the end of the Competition.
6. The winner may not transfer the rights to claim the awarded prize to any third party.
7. Prizes shall not be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other products.
8. For shipping of the prize, the Participant is required to provide his/her name, shipping address, telephone number or e-mail address.
9. The prizes can be collected by the winner on site or are shipped at the Organiser’s expense within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
10. Only citizens of the Republic of Poland or citizens of the European Economic Area may participate in the competition.

 

§5 [Complaints]

1. Participants of the Competition have the right to lodge complaints regarding the Competition within 14 days from the end of the Competition.
2. Complaints in writing should be sent to the address of the Organiser’s registered office.
3. The date of the postmark shall be decisive for meeting the deadline for lodging complaints.
4. The complaint should contain the Participant’s details: name and surname, correspondence address or e-mail address and the reason for the complaint.
5. The Organiser will consider the complaints within 14 days of their receipt.
6. The Participant will be notified of the Organiser’s consideration of the complaint by post to the address provided in the complaint application.

 

§6 [Personal Data – RODO.]

1. The administrator of the personal data of the Participants in the Competition is the Organiser.
2. The processing of the Participant’s personal data shall be carried out in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: RODO).
3. The processing of the Participant’s data takes place on the basis of the Participant’s voluntary consent given for the purpose of participating in the competition and for recruitment purposes
4. The Organiser, in order to participate in the Competition, processes the Participant’s data such as his/her name, address, telephone, email, programming language used by the Participant
5. In order to deliver and settle the prize, the Organiser is entitled to process the prize-winners’ data such as: name and surname, e-mail address or telephone number, as well as the delivery address given for the purpose of delivering the prize.
6. The participant has the right to access the content of his/her data, to correct it, to restrict its processing and to object to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes or to its transfer to another data controller.
7. The Participant has the right to data portability if the processing is carried out automatically, as well as to be forgotten (deletion of data), unless provisions of other laws oblige the Organiser to archive the data for a specified period.
8. Personal data are obtained directly from the person to whom they relate.
9. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the purpose of participating in the Competition.
10. The provision of personal data is voluntary but necessary for the recruitment purposes of the Organiser or its clients.
11. The Participant may change his/her decision at any time and withdraw his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data. Such a decision will imply a wish to withdraw from the Competition. The Participant may revoke his/her consent at any time by informing the Organiser.
12. Participant may change his/her decision and withdraw consent to the processing of his/her personal data at any time. Such a decision will signify a wish to opt out of participating in recruitments conducted by the Organiser or its clients. The Participant may revoke consent at any time by informing the Organiser.
13. The Participant’s personal data will only be processed until the Participant’s consent to data processing is revoked.
14. The Organiser may entrust the processing of the Participants’ personal data to another entity on the basis of an agreement concluded pursuant to Article 28 of the RODO, in particular, the data may be entrusted to entities providing services to the Organiser with regard to the operation and settlement of the Competition, as well as the maintenance of the IT service in which they are processed.
15. The Participant has the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (UODO) if he/she considers that the processing of his/her personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RODO), as well as currently applicable data protection laws.
16. In order to exercise your right to control your data, access the content of your data, correct your data, as well as other rights, please contact the Organiser.

 

§7 [Final provisions].

1. The regulations are available at the Bosch stand at Infoshare Conference and at the link indicated in the competition quiz.
2. The contest is not a lottery within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on Gambling Games.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.

 

 

Consent 1 – to conduct the competition

 

By completing the entry form for the Win EBike competition, you consent to Pracownia EB Sp. z o.o. processing your personal data contained in this entry form for the Win EBike competition for the purpose of conducting the aforementioned competition. The Controler of the personal data is Pracownia EB Sp. z o.o.. with its registered office in Piaseczno at

Słoneczna 105a/60.
